Founded in 2020 by Charles Albessard, Maison Huit is an interior architecture and design studio based in Paris.

After training in landscape design and interior architecture, Charles spent ten years working within a leading Parisian design agency before establishing his own practice.

We work on residential and commercial projects in France and abroad, guiding each project from concept through to completion.

Our work goes beyond designing spaces. We seek first and foremost to understand how a place will be lived in, experienced and used on a daily basis.

We pay particular attention to volume, light, materials and furniture. Each project is developed alongside the artisans and partners best suited to its specific requirements.

We are drawn to interiors that stand the test of time, where contemporary pieces, bespoke creations and older objects coexist naturally. Rather than imposing a signature style, we aim to reveal the unique character of each place and the people who inhabit it.
